In terms of abilities, he'll primarily be drawing from the Tactician/Grandmaster line, with a splash of abilities from the Myrmidon/Swordmaster and Magician/Sage lines as well to emphasize his specialization in blade and spell.
In his initial state, he'll generally look fairly human, save for a small brand on his hand. He'll be able to utilize some low level elemental effects courtesy of his Dragon typing, and be an adept Swordsman.
As he evolves, the brand will spread with darker markings along his arm tracing his veins and stretching to his heart. His magical prowess will be dramatically increased, and he'll be able to achieve physical feats noticeably beyond that of a normal human's limitations. While he won't become overly strong, he will be quick and surprisingly hardy, focused more on dodging than on straight up head-to-head offensives. He'll gain access to the first of his signature Grandmaster abilities, Ignis, which allows him to empower his physical attacks with his special attack and vice versa. When activating Ignis, the markings will glow red. Beyond that, he'll have access to some mid-tier elemental and dragon abilities.
His final evolution will see the markings spread across his body, mostly along his torso and his arms and legs while mostly emanating from her heart (but not normally reaching his face). He will gain access to his final ability, Rally Spectrum, which will allow him to empower his nearby allies and dramatically increase their performance. He'll be able to utilize higher level combat and sword abilities, as well as higher level elemental and dragon abilities. When he activates Ignis in his final evolution, red veins will appear on his face and his eyes will glow white.
He will also come with a Tome that he can use as a focus to channel electric elemental attacks.
